When an item is authenticated by a third-party service, we will:

• Clearly mention it in the product listing
• Provide a digital certificate (on request or automatically)
• Include any authentication tags, cards, or original documentation if available

We stand by every item we sell. If you believe an item you’ve purchased may not be authentic, please get in touch — we will review the concern, and where necessary, commission re-authentication at our cost.

If proven inauthentic (which has never happened), you’ll receive a full refund — no questions asked.
